Quaker Hill loop (17.7 mi, about 1 hr 40 min) *

I felt heavy, fat, and slow, but got up all the hills. Got to get out more.

    Cool. How's the rear wheel ? solid ? You are strong rider, Al. for the distance on these hills and the riding time.
