Got going early enough to beat most of the heat -- misty and cooler at 9:30am, and in the shade much of the time after except for the last 12 miles or so - hot (upper 80s). Clove Valley and Chestnut Ridge area quite beautiful. Took some time to watch the Ten Mile River flow by from the bridge at Lime Kiln Road. Weight down to 190.8 after, lowest in at least 10 years.
