5/6/12, Millerton, 68.0mi, 1LFC, C735.1, 74%
Something like 5 hours of riding. Did the Harlem Valley Rail Trail both ways the last bit to Millerton. Nice ride up along Old Rte 22, Lime Kiln, Poplar Hill Rd., Sinpatch, then Old Rte 22 through Wassaic which feels a lot like Vermont. Took the 'easy' way out and went 'new' 22 all the way back to Pawling, there wasn't too much traffic so it wasn't too bad. Left leg was bit sore so didn't want to strain it on the hills (and still had Harmony Hill/Mt. Tom on the way back). Good lunch at Irving Farm Coffee Co. in Millerton. As usual I probably didn't take long enough, or enough, breaks.
