Cold (~30F) New Year's Day ride. Set 2015 goal for 2500 miles. Feet and head a bit colder than I would've liked, the rest of me was fine. Need the foot covers next time. Probably should have a helmet cover too, the balaclava alone doesn't really do it when it's this cold.

Cold late morning ride, sunny, freezing headwind for 1st 10 miles going north. Everything stayed warm enough except one part of my face and my feet, but tolerable.

Late afternoon ride (well, if 2:00-4:00 counts as late; it was almost dark when I got back. Another set of big climbs, again the Defy feels really good but I wish I had a lower climbing gear. For the same effort as my old bike I get a lot more distance and speed, that's for sure.
