Got out before 10am but that was not early enough to beat the mid-day heat after noon (it's about 90F now). Took a couple of segments I hadn't gone on before -- Sand Hill Rd. and South Kent Rd. between Bulls Bridge and Gaylordsville CT -- a much nicer way to go than 7. Then up to the top of Quaker Ridge just before Meeting House Rd.
